1, Graphite crucible beware of moisture, storage must be placed in a dry place or wooden frame.
2, Handling with care, it is strictly prohibited to fall shock.
3, Before use in the drying equipment or beside the furnace hot baking, the temperature rises to 500℃.
4,The crucible should be placed below the surface of the furnace to avoid furnace cover wear crucible mouth.
5, Feeding should be according to the crucible dissolved amount, not too much feeding, too tight to avoid expansion crucible.
6, The furnace tool and crucible clip should conform to the shape of the crucible, the middle part of the clip to avoid local stress damage to the crucible.
7,Remove the inner and outer walls of the crucible slag and coke should be tapped to avoid damage to the crucible.
8, Between the crucible and the wall of the furnace should be kept a proper distance, the crucible should be placed in the middle of the furnace.
9, The use of excessive combustion-supporting agents, additives will reduce the crucible service life.
10. Rotate the crucible once a week in the use process, which can prolong the service life of the crucible.
