Features
Pure nickel is a silver-white metal with a density of 8.9g/cm3 and a melting point of 1453℃.
It has excellent corrosion resistance because the surface is oxidized to form a dense and strong protective film at normal temperature.
Pure nickel has excellent welding and processing properties, which can be processed into tubes, bars, wires, plates and foils.
Pure nickel material has good corrosion resistance in NaOH solution of any concentration and temperature and in molten NaOH state above 400℃.
Pure nickel material has good corrosion resistance to Na2O2, Na2CO3, NaHCO3 and alkaline or molten solutions containing KNO3.
